User Agreement

Rules for accessing API429, using API keys, billing, payments, and interacting with third-party model providers.

Revision dated August 18, 2026Effective August 18, 2026

1. General and acceptance

This User Agreement governs the use of api429.com, the client portal at client.api429.com, and the API429 API. The service provides a technical gateway to third-party AI model APIs.

Registering an account, obtaining an API key, topping up a balance, or using the API constitutes acceptance of the current Agreement. If you do not agree, you must stop using the service.

2. The API429 service

API429 provides one interface for text, image, audio, and video models, together with client portal tools, usage records, and an internal balance.

Available models, capabilities, modes, and rates are published on the Models & pricing page and may change when the production catalog or upstream provider terms change.

3. Account and API key

You must provide accurate information, keep your password and API key confidential, and are responsible for requests made with your credentials. Revoke and replace a key immediately if you suspect it has been compromised.

You may not share access in a manner that violates law, this Agreement, or a model provider’s rules.

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • use the API for illegal activity, fraud, spam, or causing harm;
  • circumvent security measures, limits, billing, or technical safeguards;
  • infringe third-party rights or violate the selected model provider’s rules;
  • interfere with the service, probe private infrastructure, or resell access contrary to agreed terms.

5. Rates, billing units, and charges

Current rates are published on the Models & pricing page. Each model displays the applicable unit and condition, such as input and output tokens, an image of a specified size, seconds of audio, or another mode. You are responsible for checking the model, mode, and rate before sending a request.

The cost of a processed request is deducted from the internal balance at the rate applicable to that model and mode at processing time. Paid operations may be paused when the balance is insufficient.

The internal balance is an accounting record used to pay for API429 services. It is not electronic money, a bank account, or an investment asset; it earns no interest and is not intended for transfer to another user or withdrawal as a standalone asset.

6. Balance top-ups and disputed transactions

Before payment is confirmed, the available payment method, amount, currency, and internal balance credit are shown. The selected payment provider processes the payment. API429 receives transaction status and technical details, but not the payment instrument’s bank credentials.

Duplicate, erroneous, confirmed-but-uncredited payments and questions about unused balance are reviewed by support after transaction verification and subject to payment-provider capabilities. Consumed API requests are not refundable except in the case of a confirmed billing error. Include the account email, date, amount, and payment ID in your request; never send your password or active API key.

7. Third-party providers and model outputs

API429 does not develop most available models. Requests may be fulfilled by third-party providers and are subject to their technical constraints, acceptable-use rules, and data policies.

Outputs are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a purpose. You must independently verify outputs before using them in medical, legal, financial, safety, or other consequential contexts.

8. User content and output rights

You retain rights you already hold in prompts, files, and other materials and confirm that you have a lawful basis to submit them for processing.

Rights in model output depend on applicable law and the relevant provider’s terms. API429 receives only the limited rights required to transmit and process the request, calculate charges, protect the service, and provide support.

9. Access restrictions

API429 may temporarily restrict or terminate access because of a security risk, abuse, unpaid charges, violation of law or this Agreement, or a binding requirement from a model or payment provider.

Where possible without compromising security or third-party obligations, you may contact support to clarify the restriction. Restricting access does not by itself eliminate review of confirmed payment errors or other service obligations.

10. Availability and responsibility

The service is provided “as is” without a separate guaranteed SLA unless expressly agreed with you in writing. Maintenance, limitations, and interruptions may occur within API429, network infrastructure, or model providers.

API429 is responsible for its own gateway within mandatory applicable requirements but cannot guarantee continuous availability of a third-party model, the content of its output, or the stability of provider rules.

11. Changes to this Agreement

A new revision is published at this permanent URL with a new date and applies to subsequent use of the service. Material changes may also be communicated through the website, client portal, or email.

12. Support

Direct support channels for the API429 service administration are support@api429.com and Telegram @gangoneog. Include the account email and a safe request or payment identifier when relevant. Never send your password or active API key.
