1. General

These terms govern the use of api429.com. By using the service, you agree to these terms. api429.com acts as an interface and gateway for access to Google Gemini APIs and related client endpoints.

2. Service usage

You must use the API in accordance with Google's official policies and applicable law. Illegal content generation, spam, abuse, or fraudulent activity is prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend or revoke access without refund in cases of policy violations.

3. Payments and refunds

Billing is usage-based. Funds are charged from your internal balance as requests are processed. When the balance is insufficient, API access may be paused until the balance is restored. Refund requests for unused funds are reviewed individually upon written request.

4. Disclaimer

The service is provided on an "as is" basis. We may provide gateway uptime commitments depending on your plan, but we are not responsible for upstream provider availability, output quality, or policy decisions made by Google or other model vendors.
